He is one of the most exceptional teachers I have ever encountered during my 10 years as a parent!

Logan- 15 months old...

I was running through a posing workout

and playing with Logan and Wade here:)

Less than 3 weeks until I have to start dieting and upping my cardio workouts for my 2009 season. I am weighing about 173-174 lbs. now and about 16-17% body fat. My feelings on where I am and where I aim to be along with some other thoughts, in my members journal.
