My client Kim, two weeks out from her next competition in Ottawa, IL. She will be competing in the physique class..50 and fabulous!!!

Consulting for the Streamwood Fire Department...

A shout out to the Streamwood Fire Department Peer Fitness Training Team, Chief Clark and Steve White! I am assisting in their efforts to start a wellness/fitness program for their department. Training all of you over the past few weeks has been a lot of fun, you are a great group to work with!  I appreciate all of the time and effort you have put into making this possible! I look forward to continuing our work to make your program a huge success!! Thank you to ALL our EMT and Firefighters who will be very busy this week!

May 19th, 2012- NPC Grand Prix Natural
Outstanding efforts for all of Team Abrams at this competition! These 5 athletes took home 5 trophies between them- outstanding! There is soo much that takes place within these individuals as they prepare for competition. So much more than the physical changes, so much more achieved than a placing or a trophy handed out on stage. The training, the work, the dedication and the sacrifice changes a person..it makes you dig deep within yourself to find out what you're really made of! Meaghan, Ashley, Matt, Kim and Kate I have watched you all grow tremendously and I am extreemly proud of each of you! All of these athletes will be competing again in the future! Matt will be steping things up and plans to compete at the national level after placing 2nd here in Rockford out of 14 other men's physique competitors in his class. I strongly believe he will be holding a pro card in the near future.

April 7th, 2012- NPC Davenport, Iowa
My client Maleah won 1st place in figure class A and walked away a very happy woman! After taking some time away from the competition stage she was very pleased to return to competition with the results she received:) Well done Maleah..bigger things ahead for you indeed!

March 31st, 2012 Mid-Illinois Championships - Ottawa, IL

A personal best for my client Kim at this show...extreemly pleased with how much progress you have made in such a short time...now it's onto round #2 in Rockford May 19th!!
