Valerie- 8 weeks out from competition!

Those of you who are members of my site or who have followed my clients over the past few years will appreciate the incredible work and life-long dedication this magnificent woman has invested into her health and fitness level. Valerie is not only over 40 but also has been a diabetic for 33 years! Competing is a hobby for her and after seeing her figure you will understand why.
