Memorial Day...

I started the day off rollarblading with my mom, sister, her daughter and my three kids. It is an 8 mile trail...pushing the double jogger it's not only a fun thing with the kids it is incoorporated into my training regiment:) A lot of hill and incline work too.

I'm ahead of my game plan..very happy about that! I'll post my stats tonight along with my 11 month post baby pics in my members area- Logan was 11 months old on Memorial Day!!

I had the pleasure of working with this outstanding group of 8 clients for this competition. They represented themselves and their teammates with class, quality and dignity!
I am so proud of each of you!!
