Valerie- 8 weeks out from competition!

Those of you who are members of my site or who have followed my clients over the past few years will appreciate the incredible work and life-long dedication this magnificent woman has invested into her health and fitness level. Valerie is not only over 40 but also has been a diabetic for 33 years! Competing is a hobby for her and after seeing her figure you will understand why. She exemplifies what it means to be the best you can be!
Valerie has been working with me for almost 2 years now

A Wonderful Letter...
I am still on vacation but had to post this all the way from Cable, Wisconsin. We are having a great time! Water skiing, playing at the beach, ran in a 2 mile fun run pushing both the boys in the double jogger-we won 1 st place in my age group!:) Alyssa ran the 2 miles in 20 minutes and placed 4th in her age group! She got up on water skis too this weekend!Soo proud of her!!!
Wade got to fish with my brother and caught about 8 little ones- he was to excited!
Spending time with my mom's family and remembering one of the greatest men I have ever known...my uncle Charlie, who passed away when I was 16 from bone cancer. This weekend is the annual

"Charlie Best Memorial Golf Outing"...a scholarship is given to an athlete in the Cable area in his honor from the proceeds the golf outing generates.
I'll have LOTS of pictures for my members area when I return home!
Have a great day tomorrow.
Here's the letter I received today...

"Hello Jennifer,
First I would like to commend you on all your success

in the sport of bodybuilding.
I first saw you compete a few years ago and have

followed your progress ever since.
You have helped give me the desire and motivation

to compete myself,
I thank you for being a role model in my life.
I have been a member of your website for some time now

and have followed the progress of so many of your athletes.
I am writing to you to ask for your help in my own training."
