It's been a busy day!! I trained hamstrings and chest today- awesome workout...details in my Members Journal, Alyssa had gymnastics for 2 hours after school and it was parents night. I will leave you with a picture from my latest shoot.."Purple", which will be updated into my members area (44 pictures) soon. A bunch of close up shots for the fan who requested them...such a nice compliment. I do get such sincere e-mails. I appreciate them all so much!
