HAPPY LABOR DAY!
I hope you are all having a great day off from work:) We are busy busy building our deck...which means my hubby does most of the building and I'm the annoying apprentice:)
Good thing he has such a great sense of humor;) The deck looks AWESOME!! I can't wait to post pics for all of you.
the INSTONE demo I did at the Schaumburg GNC yesterday went very well. I have posted a few pictures above. The first is of Assistant Manager Mike Fritzler (right) and Jeremy Kasper (left). Both are great guys..Ex football players just out of High School. The are both pursuing career's in the Fitness Industry and Personal Training. The second pic is just me:)
